India's Trusted Hydraulic Accumulator Charging Kit – CE & ASME Certified
A hydraulic accumulator charging kit is an essential tool for safely charging, testing, and monitoring nitrogen pre-charge pressure in hydraulic accumulators. Designed to work with bladder, piston, and diaphragm accumulators, our accumulator charging kit ensures accurate pressure control during commissioning and routine maintenance.
Without correct pre-charge pressure, an accumulator cannot deliver the required backup fluid flow — leading to system inefficiency or catastrophic failure. Our universal kit prevents this by giving technicians precise, safe control over nitrogen charging and pressure adjustment.
Techknow Engineering supplies high-quality accumulator charging kits across Pan India like Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat, Chennai, Delhi and beyond. With 14+ years of industry experience, CE & ASME certified products, and expert technical support, we are your trusted hydraulic partner across India.

Everything You Need to Know About Our Charging Kit
Components, working principle, pressure risks, and available kit types — all in one place.
Risks of Incorrect Pre-Charge
System Performance Loss
If the accumulator does not have the correct pre-charge pressure, it will not be able to provide the required backup fluid flow, undermining operating system performance and making it out of control.
Catastrophic Failure Risk
Incorrect pre-charge pressure can lead to catastrophic failure. It is a critical maintenance issue — all accumulators of any type must always be maintained with the correct pre-charge pressure at all times.
Universal Accumulator Charging Kit

How the Charging Kit Works
Connect to Accumulator
The charging block is screwed onto the gas valve of the accumulator and connected via hose to a commercial nitrogen bottle.
Use Pressure Reducing Valve
A pressure reducing valve with a gas relief feature should be used if the accumulator's operating pressure is lower than the nitrogen vessel.
Check or Reduce Only
If only checking or reducing pre-charge pressure is required, the charging block alone can be used without connecting to the nitrogen bottle.
Available Charging Kit Types
To ensure optimal pre-charge pressure in hydraulic accumulators, we supply the following Nitrogen Charging Kits:

FAQ'S
A hydraulic accumulator charging kit safely charges, tests, and adjusts nitrogen pre-charge pressure in bladder, piston, and diaphragm accumulators — ensuring your hydraulic system maintains consistent pressure and performs without failure.
Nitrogen is an inert, dry, and non-flammable gas — making it safe for high-pressure hydraulic applications. Air contains moisture and oxygen which can cause internal corrosion, bladder damage, and serious safety risks inside an accumulator.
Incorrect pre-charge pressure prevents the accumulator from delivering required backup fluid flow — leading to system inefficiency, pressure fluctuations, component stress, and in severe cases, catastrophic hydraulic system failure.
The right kit depends on your accumulator type (bladder, piston, or diaphragm), operating pressure range, and gas valve configuration. Our technical experts assess your system and recommend the exact kit — completely free of charge.
Yes. Our Universal Accumulator Charging Kit is compatible with all major accumulator brands including HYDAC, Olaer, Parker Hannifin, Bosch Rexroth, and EPE — with adaptors available for different gas valve configurations and country-specific nitrogen bottles.
As a standard guideline, pre-charge pressure should be checked every 6 to 12 months. However, frequency depends on accumulator type, duty cycle, operating environment, and system criticality. A preventive maintenance plan is always recommended.
Our charging kits support pressure gauge ranges of 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, and 400 bar — covering both low and high-pressure hydraulic applications across all industrial sectors.
Absolutely. We provide complete after-sales support including installation guidance, phone assistance, application advice, and quick-start documentation — ensuring your charging kit delivers accurate results from day one.
