The Safety Shut Off Block is a critical component designed to ensure the utmost safety within hydraulic systems. It provides a fail-safe mechanism to isolate the accumulator from the hydraulic circuit during maintenance or emergencies.
This block effectively cuts off the flow of hydraulic fluid to prevent any inadvertent releases or potential hazards, guaranteeing a secure working environment for maintenance personnel and safeguarding the system components.

This regulator effectively reduces incoming pressures during the pre-charging phase of the accumulator, ensuring a controlled and safe charging process while preventing potential damage to the system components due to excessive pressure.
Multiple connections options available – imperial, metric, manifold mounted and weld nipple to suit various accumulator designs.
This block enables continuous monitoring of pre-charge levels in hydraulic accumulators, ensuring they maintain the recommended pre-charge pressure over extended periods. There is port available to facilitate pre-charge top-up
Gas safety valve
This is spring loaded safety relief valve for gas side pressures up to 350 bar. If the pressure setting is exceeded, the valve opens and closes again after a drop in pressure of max. 10% of the set pressure.
Bursting disc plugs
These serve to protect pressure equipment from excessive gas-side pressure. If the gas pressure exceeds the burst disc pressure, the internal membrane will be damaged permanently. The damaged membrane will discharge nitrogen and hence avoid catastrophic failures.
Temperature Fuse
It offers thermal protection, activating when temperatures exceed safe limits, preventing potential hazards due to overheating.
These indicators offer real-time monitoring of piston positions within the accumulator, aiding in assessing operational status and facilitating maintenance by providing accurate positional information and operational control. These type includes proximity / limit switch, linear transducers, ultrasonic sensor or mechanical indicating rods available for identifying piston location.
Accumulators need to be mounted and supported by means of external support. This is done by either using Clamps or Brackets or both.
The brackets are made of Steel, and are screwed onto a wall or a frame and serves to absorb the weight These are mounted on the Oil port side of Accumulator and are of open design type for mounting bladder accumulators and piston accumulators
C type clamps of one piece or two-piece construction with one central screw is popular and mostly used with Rubber insert to reduce mechanical vibration. These clamps are made of Galvanised Steel as a standard material and stainless steel upon request
U-bolt clamps with plastic pipe saddle are used for piston accumulators while for nitrogen bottles / pressure vessels they are used without plastic pipe saddle. The plastic saddle helps to reduce mechanical vibration and facilitates proper gripping and mounting
Its recommended to use a single clamp, when the accumulator length is less than twice its diameter. For greater lengths, we recommend using two or more clamps or one clamp and one bracket with support ring.
